90 Day Hassle-Free Exchange Policy

Our exchange process is simple and hassle-free. If for any reason you want to exchange your new unworn/unwashed items, just email us at support@mach2gear.com to initiate your exchange.  Please specify what you would like to exchange and we will send out a new item with a return label.

If you received a damaged or wrong item, please email us at support@mach2gear .com with a picture and we will ship you a new one.

 

90 Day Refund Policy

If you would like to return your unworn/unwashed items for a refund just email us at support@mach2gear.com to initiate your return. Merchandise returns within 90 days of purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment. Please note, all clearance items are final sale and no refunds are accepted.

Your returned/exchanged item(s) will be inspected upon arrival before your refund is processed. Items that are not in new condition may be denied a return/exchange. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days.  Original shipping charges are not included in the refunded price. Based on your financial institution, it can take up to 2 to 10 business days to reflect on your account statement once your refund is processed.
